As an Engineering Manager for the Writing Compliance team, you will drive the development of innovative new product features to personalize Grammarly for business and enterprise customers.
You will help build and lead a team of talented engineers and cross-functional partners to build industry-leading capabilities using cutting-edge technologies such as GenAI and custom models.
Requirements & Skills:
Has 5+ years of managing high-performing engineering teams with a track record of shipping measurable impact and value to customers.
Share examples of working directly with Design and Product to iterate on ideas and build roadmaps for the team.
Has worked on products with a high level of ambiguity, building ground-up products or MVPs to validate ideas and turn them into successful products or features with measurable impact.
Has experience hiring great talent and coaching teams to deliver high impact.
