Nurture new and long-lasting client relationships – setting up meetings, generating leads, and building an understanding of client needs and how our capabilities align with their goals
Lead client pitches with creative and technical directors and producers, ensuring the right team is on board to win the business
Expand business opportunities with existing clients across the business and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Maintain client relationships throughout projects, including support production through MSA and contracting
Research market to inform strategy, including expansion areas, new markets, trends, clients, partnerships, and services
Collaborate with teams in LA and London including across marketing, creative, tech, animation, and production
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Requirements & Skills:
Extensive direct-to-client experience and relationships
5+ years experience as an EP, business development, or similar role
Strategic and entrepreneurial approach
Understanding of experience design and XR space and digital product development requirements
Curiosity and eagerness to develop opportunities that harness our character, animation, and real-time capabilities
