Requirements & Skills:
Experience as a lead game designer, feature designer, and producer
Expertise in LiveOps, monetization, and formation of short- and long-term product goals
Ability to work with game metrics and build hypotheses for game development based on them
Understanding of the trends in the mobile gaming market
Fluency in Russian
Experience in developing casual games in the Expeditions, Match-3, Solitaire, and Merge genres
