Requirements & Skills:
Have obtained a Ph.D. degree from an accredited institution with 4 years of relevant experience in the role being considered
Be majoring in/or have majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) degree
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at the time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
Leadership and communication skills demonstrated through such things as academic group projects, involvement in professional associations, including student organizations, community outreach, and/or activities in other pertinent external organizations
Be able to obtain a U.S. Government (USG) security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite)
The ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by Northrop Grumman, to meet its business needs
Must be willing to relocate within the United States for any of the rotations available within the FTL Program
Must be willing to travel to support job role/rotation requirements
Have overall cumulative GPAs of 3.50/4.0 or higher
Applied technical experience as demonstrated through such things as a thesis
Familiarity with systems engineering and/or software development
