Head of Cloud Security Product Manager, ByteDance

Responsibilities:

• Defining requirements for security products, based on market study, competitive analysis, and user research;
• Responsible for the product’s entire lifecycle, including requirement definition, product design, project management, and product operation;
• Engage with cross-functional teams to scale products, and launch new features and products.

Requirements & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in the security domain, with 4+ years in product management;
• Strong hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud security products;
• In-depth cloud and security domain knowledge;
• Self-motivated and willing to take challenges;
• Good organizational and communication skills, and great team collaboration capabilities.
• Proven track record in managing a high-performing product management team.
