Responsibilities:
International projects for global companies – the chance to meet different industries and learn the latest business automation technologies
You will create digital Contact Center flows using Amazon Connect, use automation low-code tools and Python / Node.js to code the solution, and then test the final solution
You can also integrate the solution with other AWS components and telephony technologies: S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, QuickSight, CloudFormation
You can create AI conversational trees, use automation low-code tools (Cognigy, Kore.AI, or Vocalls) and Javascript to code the solution, and then test the final solution
You will also analyze existing designs, identify broken processes, find fixes, present solutions, and support junior colleagues.

Requirements & Skills:
2+ years of programming experience with JavaScript (and HTML/CSS) or Node.js
Interest in low-code platforms and passion for new AI technologies (e.g. Amazon Connect)
Proactive personality with an analytical mindset and strong communication skills
Understanding of programming concepts and conversational design
Previous Shared Service Center experience is an advantage (understanding the flow)
English – written and spoken (German is an advantage)
Bulgarian residency / EU passport – you may have business trips within the EU
