You are always up to date with all AI/ML advances
You actively contribute to technical excellence and product innovation and help shape the strategic direction of an innovation center
You are responsible for the content and strategic management and design of customer projects on site, facilitate workshops, and support cross-functional teams in navigating safely through problem identification and solution space design
You actively contribute to our AI strategy and have a leading role in pitches & presentations
You are actively sharing expertise and insights to foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and continuous improvement across the team
Requirements & Skills:
You have initial experience in AI/ML & Generative AI and want to put your learning into practice
You have knowledge of using AI and data analysis tools within AWS, GCP, or Azure and ideally experience in microservices development, including Java knowledge
You have knowledge of Python
You have a basic understanding of LLMs and evaluation metrics of such
You have high motivation and interest in AI topics (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Big Data) and a strong interest in keeping up with new technical trends and practices
You have a flair for confident conversation, presentation skills, and written expression in German and English
You feel comfortable in a team-oriented environment and enjoy taking on responsibility
