Assist in designing and managing engaging in-game events and activities for players.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of current in-game event strategies based on data analysis.
Participate in defining and refining live ops strategies and event schedules;
Contribute ideas for new monetization methods and revenue optimization strategies;
Support in creating monthly sales strategies and promotional plans to boost virtual goods revenue;
Help analyze game metrics to identify areas for improvement in performance, conversion rates, player retention, churn, and customer lifetime value;
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to brainstorm new promotional formats and enhance monetization tools while maintaining game economy balance.
Research and analyze the gaming industry, including products, trends, and market competition; monitor and report on business competitors’ activities.

Ongoing studies or a completed degree in fields such as mathematics, data analysis, econometrics, computer science, game design or related areas;
Student status is a plus.
Fluent in Polish and high-level English (at least B2);
