Lead software development teams and ensure best practices are followed in all phases of the SLC.
Facilitate effective communication between development, operations, and business stakeholders.
Enhanced efficiency through the optimal use of DevOps tools such as Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, and Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines, artifacts, and repositories.
Train and mentor team members on the SLC process and DevOps tool usage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
Regularly review and improve existing processes and integrate new tools/technologies when necessary.
Handle escalations, mitigate risks, and report progress to higher management.
Requirements & Skills:
Extensive experience in the SLC process.
Proficiency in DevOps tools:
Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
Experience with SonarQube for continuous inspection of code quality.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines, artifacts, and repositories.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Prior onsite work experience and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
