Manage the development of fraud detection models implemented at LNER primarily bringing the models into one combined machine-learning model
Project Manage the rollout of the fraud detection models and associated interfaces across the DFTO train operating companies
Develop the backlog for the fraud detection model identifying feature development opportunities from each train operating company
Act as a subject matter expert when working with business owners; a core part of the role will be helping the business and DFTO to understand how machine learning solutions could benefit them
Requirements & Skills:
In-depth experience delivering digital systems projects in a project management capacity utilizing either waterfall or agile frameworks.
Experience deploying products with end users, capturing their feedback to form and manage a product backlog
Prior experience in business analysis to help provide clarity on requirements to the delivery team and champion both the business owner and the end user throughout the delivery
Strong numerical and analytical skills to be able to commercially assess the value of opportunities within the pipeline.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills – Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Project Management experience or qualifications (desirable).
Sound understanding of data science and machine learning principles (desirable).
Motivation to continuously learn and develop in the field of machine learning, analysis, organizational development, culture change, IT-enabled change, business process analysis, change impact assessment, coaching and/or mentoring; training development, and delivery.
