Analyze pixel performance problems by discussing with the process integration group, modeling group, characterization group, and peripheral circuit group, and improve problems.
Create and develop new image sensor technologies.
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of working experience in pixel optimization
Minimum 10 years experience in device-based technologies including developing advanced processes; CIS process is a plus.
MSEE or MS Physics or equivalent required; PhD is a plus
Result-oriented and embraced change behaviors
Project management skill is a plus
Language skills: Japanese and English business-level
