Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship to peers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher: In Computer Science or a related technical field.
Experience: 9+ years in technical program/project management or similar fields.
Large-Scale Project Management: Proven track record in managing and delivering large software development projects.
Cross-functional leadership: Experience collaborating across various functions with multiple dependencies and constraints.
Effective Communication: Ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners, including executive staff.
