Responsibilities:

  • AI Integration and Optimization: Develop and implement AI solutions that intelligently address and resolve employee queries, reducing reliance on Tier 1 support and enhancing self-service capabilities.
  • People Experience Enhancement: Focus on improving the overall People Experience by ensuring AI systems provide accurate, timely, and contextually appropriate responses to employee inquiries.
  • Query Management: Analyze, design, and implement processes that enable AI to handle a higher volume of common queries autonomously, thus freeing up People Services resources for more complex issues.
  • Efficiency in People Services: Identify and employ AI applications to expedite and streamline tasks within the People Services group, aiming to reduce or eliminate manual intervention.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor AI performance metrics and conduct regular analysis to continuously improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Global Solution Owner for People Services and other stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals and employee needs.
  • Training and Development: Lead training sessions and workshops to ensure that People Services team members are well-equipped to leverage AI tools and understand their functionalities.
  • Stay Current with AI Trends: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and evaluate their potential application within the People Services context.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience in implementing AI solutions, preferably within an operations or customer support environment.
  • Strong understanding of applications of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and AI tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of improving processes and systems through AI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in project management and leading technology-driven initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI.
