Collaborate with team members and business partners to collect business requirements, define successful analytics outcomes, and design & deliver action-oriented dashboards to support strategic company initiatives
Partner with other members of the data team on broader data quality & governance initiatives
Drive engagement with our analytics community at Rapid7 by sharing best practices, and community resources, and creating engaging enablement material
Assist with onboarding users and other administration tasks in Tableau
Assist with Tableau office hours to support developers across Rapid7
Requirements & Skills:
BS in, Analytics, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science or another quantitative field or equivalent experience
2-5 years of experience in a data-focused role is preferred
Working knowledge of SQL
Experience with relational databases and business intelligence tooling – Tableau preferred
Strong work ethic, resiliency, desire to learn, organizational skills and self-motivation
Ability to complete well-defined tasks with minimal supervision
Sharp business and interpersonal skills; Should be able to effectively communicate status and escalate blockers
