Responsibilities:

  • Grow the market share for D2L products by driving AI innovation for the benefit of Higher Ed, K12, and Corporate customers
  • Direct D2L’s AI product strategy and Lumi’s roadmap definition, focused on achieving business results, in partnership with Corporate Strategy, Sales and Marketing
  • Articulate the benefits of new features and the future direction of the platform to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Build market awareness and excitement of D2L’s AI excellence with thought leaders, industry analysts, and future customers
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Services, Support, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to develop, enable and execute GTM plans
  • Manager your team of product managers, championing a positive high-performing culture
  • Collaborate closely with other product managers, Design, and Engineering to launch innovative and value-generating AI capabilities frequently, test their performance, and iterate quickly
  • Advise and seek input from key stakeholders across all phases of the product life cycle
  • Collaborate with D2L Services to define service offerings that increase the value of AI to customers
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with industry-leading vendors and system implementers to augment the product offering

  • Ability to research, define, measure, and report on business fundamentals for a product or portfolio of products
  • Strong communication and interaction skills – need to be extremely comfortable presenting to internal executives, stakeholders, and external customers, and managing customer expectations
  • Ability to influence peers and stakeholders to achieve strategic priorities
  • Identifies future opportunities and develops action plans to best utilize the opportunity.
  • Demonstrates positive, professional, and credible reputation both internally and externally.  Utilizes networks and working relationships to identify strategic opportunities and potential partnerships.
