Responsible for developing the Product Management strategy for Crushers and Screening business by studying/analysing customer requirements, competitors’ developments & market trends and recommending developments in existing products.
Guide the team by identifying, and evaluating new product developments on a continued basis in collaboration with sales & marketing and recommend the same to the Engineering team.
Provide suggestions and inputs to Business development team on new product launches in relevant markets.
Undertake market study in collaboration with Business Development in determining the product portfolio for new markets and Product positioning.
Analyse and advice on the commercial viability of new products considering the market needs.
Guide the team in preparing technical literature/documentation/training of sales & Business Development team on USPs / value selling concepts.
Responsible for conducting field trials in collaboration with Sales & engineering functions in analysing and validating the results of new products in-line with gate analysis (Business Case).
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 15 years of work experience in Spares & Product management.
Ability to guide and direct the team
Strong Interpersonal Skills for better working with internal stakeholders 3
Strong credibility and ethical compliance are a must as Zero tolerance for unethical processes/systems.
