Responsibilities:
- Define and monitor the data project roadmap in alignment with the business strategy
- Manage resources, budgets, and schedules for complex data projects
- Coordinate the various stakeholders (technical teams, businesses, external partners)
- Ensure the quality, compliance, and business value of deliverables
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation plans
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and management
- Define and monitor data project KPIs
- Promote the adoption of data solutions within the organization
Requirements & Skills:
- Bac+5 in IT, project management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data project management
- Leadership and ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage expectations and negotiate with stakeholders
- Ability to make decisions in complex and uncertain environments
- Skills in change management and driving digital transformation
- Strategic vision and understanding of business issues related to data projects
- Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe)
- Solid knowledge of data domains (SQL, modeling, data products)
- Understanding of modern cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data (Snowflake, Databricks) platforms
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance issues (GDPR)
