Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the project plans for Generative AI initiatives, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver value.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including AI specialists, data scientists, and business analysts, to drive project milestones and deliverables.
Manage project risks, timelines, and budgets, and report on progress to senior leadership.
Stay informed of the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI to identify opportunities for application within Capital Markets Services.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project teams.
Requirements & Skills:
Min 13-15 years of experience on Project Management, with a focus on AI-related projects.
Strong understanding of creating and managing MS Project Plans
Managing SOWs/Change Requests for Upgrades/New Interfaces & Enhancements
Proven track record of successfully managing complex, technology-driven projects.
Good experience in managing project budgets, digital forecasts, and resource allocations in Planview
Coordinate activities among team members, internal departments (technical and non-technical), and client
Forecasting revenue, managing timesheets, client invoices, and budgets
Defining and managing Project plans, Project Risks & issues
Allocation and monitoring work of the project team, providing direction and support
Creation of Project status reports and participation in client status calls
Managing client deliveries, and providing post-delivery support.
Knowledge of the financial services industry and capital markets is highly desirable.
Master’s degree in computer applications or equivalent
