You understand customer expectations and are always one step ahead of your customer.
You know how to keep your own recruited customers happy and expand them according to the ‘Land & Expand’ principle, where value for the customer is paramount.
Requirements & Skills:
As a self-starter, with a sense for human relations, customer expectations, and a commercial drive;
with at least 3 years of work experience in a sales role with customer contact. For example, think of a role as Inside Sales or Intercedent;
with HBO or WO work and thinking level;
with my love for data and data-driven work and advice;
with Dutch communication skills in speech and writing;
