Implementation and Support: Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PRA and JVA solutions, ensuring alignment with clients’ strategic business goals.
Business Process Mapping: Define industry-standard business processes and map client processes to related process levels.
Solution Design: Design architecture based on process requirements, application, and system landscape.
Strategic Roadmaps: Develop high-level roadmaps in conjunction with team members, including project managers.
Digital Transformation: Assist clients in leveraging S4HANA and defining their strategic roadmaps for digital transformation.
Thought Leadership: Provide insights and direction related to industry trends, best practices, and world-class solutions.
Team Leadership: Lead customer engagements at an executive level and manage project teams.
Issue Resolution: Resolve complex issues in escalated projects and provide feasibility studies and process design reviews.
Pre-sales Support: Participate in pre-sales activities to support business development efforts.
Requirements & Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of SAP consulting experience, with a focus on PRA and JVA in the Oil and Gas industry.
Expertise: Deep product expertise across multiple SAP solution areas, including Tax and Royalty, Check Write, Production and Contract Allocation, Ownership, Revenue and Valuation, and Joint Venture Accounting.
Industry Knowledge: Broad knowledge of SAP IS-Oil Solutions and deep industry expertise in Upstream Operations Management, PRA, and JVA.
Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
