Identify, collect, and analyze data in order to prepare reports and dashboards for the business
Extract, import, and export data in various database applications, and understand the data flow of processes, technology, and systems in order to collect data for performance reporting, member analysis, and campaign tracking
Develop reporting and metrics to understand customer behavior across key segments to drive member acquisition, conversion, and retention
Analyze data and identify patterns using advanced statistical modelling and converting data into actionable insights at both corporate and hotel levels
Deliver BAU and ad-hoc reports as requested by stakeholders in a timely manner
Support various projects as requested by the team
Support various projects as requested by the team, such as Data Integration, campaign, and member analysis
Manage and implement access control of the Customer Relationship Management System and Visualization platform
Assist in data quality assurance of Customer Relationship Management System and Visualization platform
Manage and maintain the logic and definitions of key data fields
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Information Engineering, Statistics, Marketing or other relevant disciplines
3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar function from a sizable company. Experience and interest in the travel and hospitality industry will be an advantage
Proficiency in scripting languages (SAS, SQL) is a must
Proficiency in data visualization tools (especially Tableau) is a must
The ability to write queries/programs and experience with R or Python will be an advantage
Experience with statistics modeling, such as decision tree, regression, clustering, etc. will also be an advantage
A team player with strong time management skills and great attention to detail
