Partner with Account Executives to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across industries to solve diverse, mission-critical business problems
Lead the discovery process to uncover your customer’s current challenges and align with their business objectives
Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and demonstrations that showcase Slack’s differentiated value
Partner with customers to design Slack-based solutions that deliver meaningful value and measurable business outcomes
Ensure customers understand and are confident in how Slack protects organizations through its industry-leading security program
Guide customers through their evaluation of Slack, ensuring the solution meets their key business and technical requirements
Contribute to the success of a rapidly growing and evolving Solutions Engineering organization
Serve as a liaison between Product, Marketing, and Sales by sharing customer feedback to help inform the product roadmap
Requirements & Skills:
2+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization, preferably focused on Enterprise customers
Experience positioning Slack for software engineering teams and at least one other line of business or industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including emoji fluency ); proficient at delivering compelling presentations and product demos
A consultative approach to solving customer challenges, with a proven ability to address technical and security objections — you have a knack for problem-solving
Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem
