Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and are in alignment with ITSM best practices.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and reports.
- Ensure ServiceNow platform stability by conducting maintenance activities and applying necessary updates and patches.
- Provide technical support for ServiceNow incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
- Participate in the creation of technical specifications, design documents, and test plans.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the ServiceNow space.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience administering and developing in ServiceNow.
- Strong technical skills in ServiceNow development, including experience with workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, notifications, and integrations.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, scripting, and security.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- ServiceNow Certification(s) is a plus.
