Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and are in alignment with ITSM best practices.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and reports.
  • Ensure ServiceNow platform stability by conducting maintenance activities and applying necessary updates and patches.
  • Provide technical support for ServiceNow incidents, problems, and service requests.
  • Collaborate with other teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
  • Participate in the creation of technical specifications, design documents, and test plans.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the ServiceNow space.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience administering and developing in ServiceNow.
  • Strong technical skills in ServiceNow development, including experience with workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, notifications, and integrations.
  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, or other ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, scripting, and security.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • ServiceNow Certification(s) is a plus.
