Develop new features, maintain, and contribute to Walmart’s Machine Learning development tools strategy.
Lead large-scale machine learning development projects by reviewing requirements; translating requirements into technical solutions; developing code; and communicating status to team and stakeholders.
Deploy machine learning models to solve business problems.
Work with other engineers to integrate machine learning models into products and services.
Requirements & Skills:
Experience in developing and maintaining machine learning models
Experience in working with large datasets
Experience in using Python, BigQuery, and Spark
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for data science and machine learning
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
