Responsibilities:
- Analysis of customer processes and requirements
- Customization of software systems based on individual customer needs and specifications
- Creation of detailed user story documentation & corresponding configuration of modules and functionalities
- Training of key users
- Close collaboration with project managers & other internal stakeholders
- Contact person for customers for detailed questions regarding modules or special customer configurations
Requirements & Skills:
- Completed studies in the field of business informatics and/or comparable courses of study
- First relevant experience in software implementation or in the field of auditing/certification is an advantage
- Experience with JIRA desirable as well as confident handling of MS Office & MS Projects
- Very good written and spoken German and English (other languages an advantage)
- Independent, detail-oriented work with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working in a team across time zones and cultures
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
