Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and testing of Generative AI applications by crafting specific context-aware prompts for health insurance related topics.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to ensure prompts align with industry standards and regulations to ensure that the AI-generated content is accurate, free from bias, and compliant.
  • Work closely with business partners, product managers, and data scientists to ensure that the AI-generated content meets quality standards and serves its intended purpose.
  • Optimize prompt quality and performance by analyzing the effectiveness of existing prompts and refining them to enhance AI model performance.
  • Stay current with AI advancements to leverage cutting-edge techniques and adapt your prompts to new language models and algorithms.
  • Support ongoing monitoring, tracking, and testing of Generative AI applications including pilots and production deployments.
  • Provide guidance and training to users of Generative AI applications on best practices for creating effective prompts.
  • Document best practices for prompt design.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree where required
  • 5+ Years of Experience
  • In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience
