You’ll design, implement and maintain the PMO structure to support technical projects. Establish clear governance processes, including project organization, gate reviews (ideation, prototype, rollout), and meeting structures (cadence, participants). Develop standardized templates and tools to facilitate project management.
You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of technical improvement and innovation projects. Collaborate closely with individual project managers to understand the scope, timeline and budget of projects.
In this role you drive process improvements to enhance project delivery and organizational efficiency. Stay updated on best practices in project management and PMO structures to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of technical project execution.
All projects follow a transparent and consistent process and coordinate with internal departments such as Technology, Quality, Procurement, and external partners. You align on objectives and deliverables. The facilitation of cross-functional collaboration and drive of consensus among stakeholders is also part of your role.
Requirements & Skills:
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
+3 years of experience in project management, focus on technical projects is a plus
Proven track record of establishing or managing a PMO
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (PMP, Agile)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
Proficiency in project management software and KPI development
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
